- Fresh thyme - 1 tablespoon
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Egg - 1, beaten
- Goat cheese - 200 grams
- Zucchini - 2 medium, thinly sliced
- Puff pastry - 1 sheet
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Roll out the puff pastry on the lined tray.
- Spread the goat cheese evenly over the pastry, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Arrange the zucchini slices on top of the goat cheese.
