Zabaglione Coffee
Zabaglione Coffee is a delicious Italian dessert coffee made with zabaglione sauce and espresso.

- Cocoa powder - For dusting
- Whipped cream - For topping
- Espresso - 1 cup
- Marsala wine - 2 tablespoons
- Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Egg yolks - 2
Let's Get Started
- In a heatproof bowl, whisk together the egg yolks, sugar, and Marsala wine.
- Place the bowl over a pot of simmering water, making sure the bottom of the bowl does not touch the water.
- Continue whisking the mixture vigorously for about 5 minutes, or until it becomes thick and creamy.
- Remove the bowl from the heat and let it cool slightly.
- Brew a cup of espresso.
- Pour the zabaglione sauce into two coffee cups.
- Pour the hot espresso over the zabaglione sauce, dividing it evenly between the cups.
- Top with whipped cream and dust with cocoa powder.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
