Yuzu Tea
Yuzu tea is a traditional Korean tea made from the yuzu fruit. It's sweet, tangy, and full of vitamin C.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Yuzu zest - 1 tablespoon
- Water - 4 cups
- Sugar - 1/2 cup
- Yuzu fruit - 2, juiced
