Yuzu Sorbet
A refreshing, citrusy sorbet made with yuzu, a unique Asian citrus fruit.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Yuzu zest - 1 tablespoon
- Water - 1 cup
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Yuzu juice - 1 cup
Let's Get Started
- In a medium saucepan, combine the yuzu juice, sugar, and water. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring until the sugar has completely dissolved.
- Remove from heat and stir in the yuzu zest. Let the mixture cool to room temperature.
- Once cooled, pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Transfer the sorbet to a lidded container and freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.
