Yuzu Sorbet

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the yuzu juice, sugar, and water. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring until the sugar has completely dissolved.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in the yuzu zest. Let the mixture cool to room temperature.
  3. Once cooled, pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  4. Transfer the sorbet to a lidded container and freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.
