- Beef tenderloin - 200 grams
Let's Get Started
- Freeze the beef tenderloin until it is firm enough to slice thinly.
- Slice the beef into thin strips.
- In a bowl, combine the minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the beef to the bowl and mix well to coat the beef in the sauce.
- Arrange the beef on a plate and top with the julienned Asian pear.
- Place the egg yolk in the center of the beef.
- Serve immediately.
