Let's Get Started

  1. Soak the dried pollack in cold water for 10 minutes to rehydrate.
  2. In a large pot, bring 6 cups of water to a boil.
  3. Add the soaked pollack, soy sauce, minced garlic, and sesame oil to the pot.
  4. Simmer for 15 minutes, or until the pollack is tender.
  5. Add the chopped green onions, zucchini, and carrot to the pot.
  6. Simmer for another 10 minutes, or until the vegetables are cooked.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
