Let's Get Started

  1. In a bowl, mix together the canned tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, red onion, celery, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Spread the tuna mixture evenly onto two slices of bread.
  3. Top each slice with two slices of cheddar cheese.
  4. Place the remaining two slices of bread on top to form sandwiches.
  5. Spread butter on the outer sides of the sandwiches.
  6. Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the sandwiches in the skillet.
  7. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  8. Remove from the skillet and serve hot.
