Truffle Mac and Cheese

Ingredients - Serves 4
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 cup, grated
- Bread crumbs - 1/2 cup
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Truffle oil - 2 tablespoons
- Gruyere cheese - 1.5 cups, shredded
- White cheddar cheese - 1.5 cups, shredded
- Milk - 2 cups
- All-purpose flour - 2 tablespoons
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Macaroni - 2 cups
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
