Tomato, Cucumber, and Onion Tart
This refreshing tart is perfect for a summer lunch or dinner. It's made with fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, and onions, and a flaky pastry crust.

- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Balsamic vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Fresh basil - 1/4 cup, chopped
- Feta cheese - 1/2 cup, crumbled
- Red onion - 1 small, thinly sliced
- Cucumbers - 2 medium, sliced
- Tomatoes - 2 large, sliced
- Pastry crust - 1, store-bought or homemade
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Roll out the pastry crust and place it in a 9-inch tart pan. Trim the edges and prick the bottom with a fork.
