Tartra
Tartra is a traditional Romanian dish, similar to a quiche, made with eggs, cheese, and various fillings.

- Puff pastry - 1 sheet
- Butter - For greasing the pan
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Dill - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Sour cream - 200 grams
- Feta cheese - 200 grams, crumbled
- Eggs - 6
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a pie dish with butter.
- Roll out the puff pastry and line the pie dish with it, trimming any excess.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the crumbled feta, sour cream, dill, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into the pie dish.
- Bake for 40 minutes, or until the top is golden and the filling is set.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
