Tarte À La Tomate

Ingredients - Serves 6

Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and fit it into a tart pan. Prick the bottom with a fork.
  3. Spread the mustard evenly over the bottom of the crust.
  4. Arrange the tomato slices on top of the mustard.
  5. Drizzle the olive oil over the tomatoes and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the tomatoes are soft.
  7. Sprinkle the chopped basil over the tart before serving.
