  2. Roll out the Pâte Brisée and line a tart pan with it. Trim any excess dough.
  3. In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the almond flour, eggs, and vanilla extract to the butter mixture. Mix until well combined.
  5. Spread the almond cream filling evenly over the tart crust.
  6. Peel and core the pears, then slice them thinly. Arrange the pear slices on top of the almond cream filling.
  7. Bake the tart in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the filling is set.
  8. While the tart is still warm, brush the top with apricot jam to give it a glossy finish.
  9. Sprinkle sliced almonds over the tart.
  10. Allow the tart to cool completely before serving.
  11. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
