Stuffed Turkey Breast

Ingredients - Serves 6

Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic, parsley, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Butterfly the turkey breast and spread the herb mixture on the inside.
  4. Sprinkle the bread crumbs over the herb mixture, then roll up the turkey breast and secure with kitchen twine.
  5. Place the turkey breast on a rack in a roasting pan and pour the chicken broth into the bottom of the pan.
  6. Roast for 1 1/2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  7. Let the turkey breast rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
