Stuffed Turkey Breast
A delicious and juicy turkey breast stuffed with a flavorful herb and garlic stuffing.
Ingredients - Serves 6
- Chicken broth - 1/2 cup
- Bread crumbs - 1 cup
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Fresh thyme - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Fresh sage - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Fresh parsley - 1/4 cup, chopped
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Boneless turkey breast - 1 (about 3 pounds)
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic, parsley, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Butterfly the turkey breast and spread the herb mixture on the inside.
- Sprinkle the bread crumbs over the herb mixture, then roll up the turkey breast and secure with kitchen twine.
- Place the turkey breast on a rack in a roasting pan and pour the chicken broth into the bottom of the pan.
- Roast for 1 1/2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Let the turkey breast rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
