Stir Fried Tripes with Peppers

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the tripes and stir-fry for about 5 minutes, or until they are browned and crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add the garlic and bell peppers and stir-fry for about 3 minutes, or until the peppers are tender.
  4. Return the tripes to the pan and add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and cornstarch mixture. Stir well to combine.
  5. Cook for another 2 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot with steamed rice.
