Stir Fried Mixed Vegetables

Ingredients - Serves 4
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, minced
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Mushrooms - 1 cup, sliced
- Snow peas - 1 cup
- Bell peppers - 1 red, 1 yellow, sliced
- Carrots - 2 medium, sliced
- Broccoli florets - 2 cups
Let's Get Started
- Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
- Add the broccoli, carrots, bell peppers, snow peas, and mushrooms to the skillet.
