Snow Peas and Carrot Stir Fry

Let's Get Started

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add julienned carrots and snow peas to the skillet, and stir fry for 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Pour the sauce over the vegetables in the skillet, and toss to coat evenly.
  6. Continue cooking for another 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  7. Remove from heat and serve the snow peas and carrot stir fry as a side dish or over steamed rice.
