Snickers Cheesecake

- Chocolate sauce - For drizzling
- Caramel sauce - For drizzling
- Whipped cream - For garnish
- Snickers bars - 4 bars, chopped
- Eggs - 3
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Sour cream - 1 cup
- Granulated sugar - 1 cup
- Cream cheese - 24 oz (3 packages), softened
- Unsalted butter - 1/4 cup, melted
- Chocolate sandwich cookies - 24 cookies
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a food processor, pulse the chocolate sandwich cookies until finely ground.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Add the sour cream and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture and mix until well combined.
- Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Fold in the chopped Snickers bars.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust in the springform pan.

- Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to set.
