Shrimp with Lobster Sauce

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add the chopped lobster meat and cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chicken broth to the skillet.
  7. Bring the sauce to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes.
  8. Stir in the dissolved cornstarch and cook until the sauce thickens.
  9. Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
  10. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  11. Garnish with chopped scallions.
  12. Serve the shrimp with lobster sauce over steamed rice or noodles.
