Shrimp Po' Boy Sandwich
This classic New Orleans sandwich is made with crispy fried shrimp, lettuce, tomato, and a tangy remoulade sauce.

- Remoulade sauce - 1/2 cup
- Tomato - 1, sliced
- Lettuce - 4 leaves
- French bread - 4, split lengthwise
- Vegetable oil - 2 cups
- Milk - 1/2 cup
- Egg - 1, beaten
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Cajun seasoning - 2 tablespoons
- Cornmeal - 1 cup
- All-purpose flour - 1 cup
- Shrimp - 1 pound, peeled and deveined
