Shrimp Fried Rice

Shrimp Fried Rice

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet or wok over medium high heat.
  2. Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes; set aside.
  3. Add the remaining 1 tablespoon oil to the skillet.
  4. Add onion and garlic, and cook, stirring often, until onions have become translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Stir in peas and carrots, and cook until heated through, about 1-2 minutes.
  6. Push vegetables to the side, and pour in the beaten eggs, stirring until cooked, about 2 minutes.
  7. Stir in shrimp, rice, green onions, soy sauce and sesame oil.
  8. Cook, stirring constantly, until heated through, about 2 minutes.
