Ingredients - Serves 6

Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Boil the diced potatoes in a large pot of salted water until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a separate pan, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, sauté the chopped onion, diced carrots, and peas until the vegetables are tender.
  5. Add the cooked ground beef back to the pan with the vegetables. Stir in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Simmer the mixture for 5 minutes, then transfer it to a baking dish.
  7. In a mixing bowl, mash the boiled potatoes with butter and milk until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Spread the mashed potatoes evenly over the meat and vegetable mixture in the baking dish.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the filling is bubbling.
  10. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
