  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Boil the potatoes until tender, then drain and mash with the butter and milk. Set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, cook the ground lamb until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, cook the onion and carrots until tender. Add the peas, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and cooked lamb. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Transfer the lamb mixture to a baking dish and top with the mashed potatoes.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden and the pie is heated through.
