Seafood Stir Fry
This delicious seafood stir fry is packed with fresh vegetables and a variety of seafood, all cooked in a flavorful sauce.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Oyster sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Carrots - 2, julienned
- Broccoli florets - 2 cups
- Bell peppers - 2, sliced
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Squid - 1/2 pound, cleaned and sliced
- Scallops - 1/2 pound
- Shrimp - 1/2 pound, peeled and deveined
Let's Get Started
- In a large wok or skillet, heat the vegetable oil over high heat.
- Add the garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp, scallops, and squid to the wok and cook for 2-3 minutes, until they are cooked through and opaque. Remove from the wok and set aside.
- In the same wok, add the bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots. Stir fry for 3-4 minutes, until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sesame oil. Pour the sauce over the vegetables in the wok and stir to coat.
- Return the cooked seafood to the wok and toss to combine with the vegetables and sauce.
- Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until everything is heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
- Serve the seafood stir fry hot with steamed rice or noodles.
