Santa Cruz Omelette

- Butter - 1 tablespoon
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Cheddar cheese - 1/2 cup, shredded
- Avocado - 1, ripe
- Bacon - 4 slices
- Eggs - 4, large

- In a pan, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside.
