- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Green onions - 2, sliced
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sake - 1/4 cup
- Salmon fillets - 2

- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- In a small saucepan, combine the sake, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, until the sauce thickens slightly.
