- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Red mullet fillets - 8
Let's Get Started
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

- Add the tomatoes, olives, capers, and half of the basil. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until the tomatoes are soft, about 10 minutes.
