  2. Gradually add water and mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes, until it becomes smooth and elastic.
  4. Divide the dough into small balls and let them rest for 10 minutes.
  5. Roll out each ball into a thin circle.
  6. Brush the surface of the dough with vegetable oil.
  7. Fold the dough in half, then fold it again to form a triangle shape.
  8. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and place the folded dough on it.
  9. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown and crispy.
  10. Repeat the process with the remaining dough balls.
  11. Serve hot with curry or your favorite dipping sauce.
