Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion, garlic, and ginger and cook until the onion is soft, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the cumin, coriander, turmeric, and cayenne pepper and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add the tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add the yogurt and stir to combine.
  6. Add the lamb and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 10 minutes.
  7. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes, or until the lamb is cooked through.
  8. Serve hot with rice or naan.
