Pork Tenderloin with Roasted Apples and Onions
This delicious pork tenderloin is paired with sweet roasted apples and onions for a hearty and flavorful main course.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Dijon mustard - 2 tablespoons
- Rosemary - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Onions - 2, sliced
- Apples - 2, cored and sliced
- Pork tenderloin - 1 pound
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- In a large roasting pan, toss the apples and onions with the olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Roast for 15 minutes, or until the apples and onions are starting to soften.
- While the apples and onions are roasting, season the pork tenderloin with salt, pepper, and rosemary.
- Remove the roasting pan from the oven and push the apples and onions to the sides. Place the pork tenderloin in the center of the pan.
