- Apple cider vinegar - 2 tablespoons
- Mayonnaise - 1/2 cup
- Carrots - 2, shredded
- Cabbage - 1/2 head, shredded
- Apples - 2, thinly sliced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Pork tenderloin - 1 pound
