Pork Back Bacon
This homemade pork back bacon is a delicious and flavorful breakfast staple.
Ingredients - Serves 6
- Paprika - 1 tablespoon
- Onion powder - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic powder - 1 tablespoon
- Black pepper - 1 tablespoon
- Brown sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Kosher salt - 1/4 cup
- Pork loin - 2 pounds
Let's Get Started
- Trim any excess fat from the pork loin.
- In a small bowl, mix together the kosher salt, brown sugar, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika to make the dry rub.
- Rub the dry rub all over the pork loin, making sure to coat it evenly.
