Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat your oven to 180C/350F.
  2. Brush a layer of butter on the bottom of a ovenproof dish.
  3. Arrange the potato slices on the dish, layering them in a circular pattern. Brush each layer with melted butter and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Continue layering and seasoning until all the potatoes and butter are used.
  5. Cover the dish with foil and bake for about 30 minutes.
  6. Remove the foil and bake for another 30 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden and crispy.
  7. Let the Pommes Anna cool for a few minutes before cutting into wedges and serving.
