- White wine - 1 cup
- Tomatoes - 4, peeled and chopped

- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Chicken - 1 whole, cut into pieces
Let's Get Started
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned on all sides. Remove the chicken and set aside.
