Pokka Coffee
A refreshing and energizing homemade version of the popular Japanese canned coffee drink, Pokka Coffee.
Ingredients - Serves 2
- Ice cubes - As needed
- Milk - 1/4 cup
- Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Freshly brewed coffee - 2 cups
Let's Get Started
- Brew your coffee using your preferred method and let it cool.
- In a glass, add the sugar and a little bit of the brewed coffee. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Add the milk to the glass and stir until well combined.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes, then pour the rest of the coffee over the ice.
- Stir the coffee, milk, and sugar mixture until well combined.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your homemade Pokka Coffee.
