Ingredients - Serves 2
- Mixed berries - 1 cup
- Gelatin - 1 teaspoon
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Honey - 2 tablespoons
- Milk - 1/2 cup
- Greek yogurt - 1 cup
Let's Get Started
- In a small bowl, mix the gelatin with 2 tablespoons of milk and let it sit for 5 minutes.
- In a blender, combine the Greek yogurt, the rest of the milk, honey, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
