Ingredients - Serves 6

Let's Get Started

  1. Soak the rice noodles in warm water for 10 minutes, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the garlic and onion, and sauté until fragrant and translucent.
  4. Add the chicken and shrimp, and cook until they are cooked through.
  5. Push the meat to one side of the pan and add the carrots, cabbage, and green beans. Stir-fry for a few minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender.
  6. Add the soaked rice noodles to the pan, followed by the soy sauce, fish sauce, and chicken broth. Toss everything together until well combined.
  7. Continue cooking for another 5-7 minutes, or until the noodles are cooked and the flavors have melded together.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Remove from heat and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the pancit bihon.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy!
