  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, beat the eggs and then add the milk and melted butter. Mix well.
  3. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  4. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, pour 1/4 cup of the pancake batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  6. Serve the pancakes with the crispy bacon and drizzle with maple syrup.
