Paila Marina

Ingredients - Serves 4
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Parsley - 1 bunch, chopped
- Mixed seafood - 1 kg
- Fish stock - 4 cups
- White wine - 1 cup
- Tomatoes - 2, chopped
- Red bell pepper - 1, chopped
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Onion - 1, chopped
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
Let's Get Started
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the onion, garlic, and bell pepper and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add the tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Pour in the white wine and let it simmer until it reduces by half.
- Add the fish stock and bring to a boil.
- Add the mixed seafood, reduce the heat to low, and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir in the chopped parsley just before serving.
