  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the orange juice, soy sauce, honey, and cornstarch. Set aside.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the garlic and ginger. Cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
  5. Add the bell peppers and broccoli florets. Stir fry for 3-4 minutes, until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet and pour in the orange sauce. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken and vegetables.
