Musclos a La Marinera
Musclos a la Marinera is a traditional Spanish dish, featuring mussels cooked in a flavorful tomato and wine sauce.

- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- White wine - 1 cup
- Tomatoes - 2, peeled and chopped

- Onion - 1, finely chopped
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Mussels - 2 pounds, cleaned and debearded
Let's Get Started
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the onion and garlic and cook until the onion is soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Add the tomatoes, wine, parsley, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add the mussels to the pot. Cover and cook until the mussels have opened, about 5-7 minutes.
- Discard any mussels that have not opened.
- Serve the mussels with the sauce and a sprinkle of extra parsley.
