  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, semolina, sugar, salt, and yeast.
  2. Gradually add the warm water, kneading the dough until it's smooth and elastic.
  3. Divide the dough into small balls and let them rest for 15 minutes.
  4. On a work surface, flatten a ball of dough using your hands. Brush it with melted butter and sprinkle with semolina.
  5. Fold the dough into a square shape, brushing each layer with more butter and semolina.
  6. Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the msemen on each side until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  7. Repeat with the remaining dough balls. Serve the msemen warm with honey or jam.
