- Feta cheese - 1 cup, crumbled
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Basil - 1 teaspoon
- Oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Tomatoes - 2 large, diced
- Zucchini - 1 large, diced
- Bell peppers - 2, diced
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Onion - 1 large, diced
- Tempeh - 8 ounces, crumbled
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the tempeh and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Add the onion, garlic, bell peppers, and zucchini to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are softened, about 10 minutes.
