Ingredients - Serves 2
- Maple syrup - For serving
- Butter - 2 tablespoons, melted
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Egg - 1
- Milk - 3/4 cup
- Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
- Matcha powder - 2 tablespoons
- All-purpose flour - 1 cup

- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, matcha powder, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
