Martha's Vineyard Seafood Stew

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion, garlic, and bell pepper and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Pour in the wine and fish stock and bring to a boil.
  5. Add the clams and mussels and cook until they open, about 5-7 minutes.
  6. Add the shrimp and cod and cook until the shrimp is pink and the cod is flaky, about 5 minutes.
  7. Stir in the parsley and season with salt and pepper.
  8. Serve the stew hot with crusty bread.
