Marinated Flank Steak with Sautéed Broccoli Rabe and Lemon Herb Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, honey, and garlic. Add the steak and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Toss the potatoes with the lemon zest, lemon juice, rosemary, thyme, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread them out on a baking sheet and roast for 45 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
  3. While the potatoes are roasting, heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the broccoli rabe and red pepper flakes, and sauté until the broccoli rabe is tender and slightly charred.
  4. Heat a grill or grill pan over high heat. Remove the steak from the marinade and grill for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  5. Serve the steak with the sautéed broccoli rabe and roasted potatoes on the side.
