- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Dijon mustard - 2 tablespoons
- Maple syrup - 1/4 cup
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Salmon fillets - 4 (6 ounce)
