Lobster Ramen
This luxurious lobster ramen is a delicious twist on the classic Japanese noodle soup.
Ingredients - Serves 2
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Soft-boiled eggs - 2
- Nori sheets - 2, torn into small pieces
- Corn kernels - 1/2 cup
- Green onions - 2, sliced
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
- Mirin - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Chicken broth - 4 cups
- Ramen noodles - 2 packs
- Lobster tails - 2
Let's Get Started
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the lobster tails and cook for 5-6 minutes, or until the shells turn bright red. Remove from the water and let them cool. Once cooled, remove the meat from the shells and set aside.
- In a separate pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil. Add the soy sauce, mirin, ginger, and garlic. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
- Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Divide the cooked noodles between two bowls. Top with the lobster meat, sliced green onions, corn kernels, torn nori sheets, and soft-boiled eggs.
- Pour the hot broth over the noodles and ingredients in each bowl.
- Drizzle with sesame oil for added flavor.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
