Lobster Ramen

Ingredients - Serves 2

Let's Get Started

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the lobster tails and cook for 5-6 minutes, or until the shells turn bright red. Remove from the water and let them cool. Once cooled, remove the meat from the shells and set aside.
  2. In a separate pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil. Add the soy sauce, mirin, ginger, and garlic. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  3. Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  4. Divide the cooked noodles between two bowls. Top with the lobster meat, sliced green onions, corn kernels, torn nori sheets, and soft-boiled eggs.
  5. Pour the hot broth over the noodles and ingredients in each bowl.
  6. Drizzle with sesame oil for added flavor.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
