Let's Get Started

  1. Cut the lobsters into pieces and sauté in olive oil until they turn red.
  2. Remove the lobster pieces and set aside.
  3. In the same oil, sauté the onions and garlic until they are soft.
  4. Add the tomatoes and cook until they are soft.
  5. Add the brandy and let it reduce by half.
  6. Return the lobster pieces to the pan and add the fish stock.
  7. Season with salt and pepper and let it simmer for about 45 minutes.
  8. Serve the lobster with the sauce on top.
