Linguine with Beets and Goat Cheese

- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Fresh basil - 1/4 cup, chopped
- Goat cheese - 4 ounces, crumbled
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Beets - 4 medium, peeled and diced
- Linguine - 1 pound
Let's Get Started
- Cook the linguine according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
