Lemon and Thyme Roasted Turkey Breast

Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine the lemon zest, lemon juice, minced thyme, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the turkey breast on a rack in a roasting pan, skin side up. Rub the lemon-thyme mixture all over the turkey breast, under the skin and inside the cavity.
  4. Roast the turkey in the preheated oven for about 1.5 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Let the turkey rest for 15 minutes before carving. This allows the juices to redistribute throughout the meat, resulting in a moister turkey.
  6. Carve the turkey and serve with your favorite side dishes.
